MAINTENANCE
All security and access systems must be maintained and serviced if they are to be kept in good working order.
Total Surveillance Integrated Systems Ltd offers a comprehensive maintenance agreement to all our customers to ensure the systems are not only kept in good working order but an engineer is available 24hrs a day, 365days of the year should a breakdown occur.
This ensures that an engineer is available at any time of the day or night should an emergency arise. Service agreements are available on request allowing the customer to take out a fixed price agreement which will cover all labour charges and the majority of parts involved in the upkeep of the system.
The agreement also includes maintenance visits during the course of the year to ensure the system is always operating trouble free and to 100% efficiency.
Service visits can be arranged to suit the user. An appointment will be made to minimise disruption and keep down time to a minimum. All our engineers are trained and are familiar with the vast majority of systems found on the market today.
